As of 2:30 p.m. with Bach, Mozart or perhaps Nathalie Cole, tea is served at the St-James. A blend of refinement, of chic and of elegance. Scones, blood orange marmalade, petits fours, fresh berries, and of course the world's best teas are available. Tea at the St-James is a unique and an unforgettable experience.

I once experienced a "High Tea" with a friend in Toronto. It was so fun. I felt incredibly frumpy and bovine around so much delicate food and decor: Lacey doilies. Teensy tiny sandwiches stacked on a fancy three-tiered stand. But it was an experience I would love to repeat.
