
Inspired by the photos above, and a long held passion for architecture, I have begun work on two BIG paintings. One will be of a
row of beautiful buildings in Rynek, Poland. The second will be a row of Prague's spired buildings. Acrylics are all I know, but I think I may have to experiment with watercolour to make these paintings look the way I want them to. A few preliminary sketches:



This may become a series if I love the process enough. I'll call it
Town Squares. It is generally the case that the most charming buildings-- crafted with the most detail-- are found in a town's main square. I'll find my favourites, and paint them.
