Permits

We have officially completed phase one. Yesterday, we were told our permits for both the house and garage are ready for pick-up. There is another way of phrasing this: "Permission" is a commodity in the building industry. And we have successfully bought it off the City. (And did it ever come with a big price tag.) It's building time.
